Now ICAR NET will be compulsory for the recruitment of assistant professors in Agricultural universities for the students who were registered in Ph.D after 2009. But those who registered before 2009 will be considered eligible without net under following conditions.
1. Ph.D should be regular.
2. Evaluation of Ph.D should be done by atleast two external members.
3. Open viva-voice of the candidate has been conducted.
4. Candidate should have published atleast two papers from his/her this work.
5. Must have made atleast two presentations in conference/seminars.
